We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard only, or a magnified display. This statement describes where we stand and how to tell us when something does not work.
1. Standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The site is partially conformant: most of it meets that standard, and the exceptions below do not yet.
2. What we have done
- Text is set at readable sizes and contrasts against its background at the ratios WCAG requires; the layout reflows down to a 320px viewport without horizontal scrolling.
- Pages use real headings in a meaningful order, and every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus ring.
- Nothing animates, flashes, or moves automatically in a way that could trigger discomfort.
- Content is never conveyed by colour alone.
3. Known limitations
- Interactive 3D demonstrations. The 360° viewer and the configurator are inherently visual and depend on dragging or pointer gestures. Keyboard alternatives are incomplete, and the spatial information a rotation conveys cannot be fully described in text. Where a configurator is delivered for a client, we can supply an accessible specification table alongside it that carries the same product information in text.
- Embedded video. Players supplied by YouTube and Vimeo are outside our control; captions depend on the individual video. Where we produce the video, we caption it.
- Product renders. Alternative text describes what each image shows, but a render of a material finish cannot be reduced to text without loss.
4. Telling us about a problem
If you meet a barrier on this site, write to hello@keyframe24.com with the page address and a short description of what happened. We aim to reply within five working days, and we will offer the information you were trying to reach in another format while we fix the cause.
5. Assessment and date
This statement reflects our own review of the site rather than a third-party audit. It was last reviewed on 20 September 2026, and we revise it when the site changes materially.
